What’s different about the Monthly Maintenance plans?
Monthly Maintenance plans are designed to provide continuous support following a program or for intermediate to experienced members, and will not include nutrition and meal guides or weekly consultations.
I don’t have any gym equipment. Can I still participate?
If you don’t have access to fitness equipment, no problem! Most exercises can be performed with common at-home objects.
